At Alessa Jewellery, every piece is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged with exceptional attention to detail before shipment.
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, hygiene standards, and made-to-order sizing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect ring size selection by the customer
- Custom-sized or personalized items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Worn, damaged, or altered jewellery
- Sale or clearance items
Earrings Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Exchange
- Store credit
Ring Size Exchanges
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.
For eligible resizing or size exchange requests, additional resizing, shipping, or handling fees may apply.
We strongly recommend reviewing our Ring Size Guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Warranty
Alessa Jewellery includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or surface marks
- Accidental damage
- Improper care or storage
- Damage caused by chemicals, water exposure, or misuse
- Lost or stolen items
