Does moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Moissanite can register as diamond on many traditional thermal diamond testers because of its thermal conductivity. However, moissanite and diamond are different gemstones, and Alessa Jewellery clearly identifies our moissanite pieces as moissanite.

Is the jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and can handle normal daily exposure. However, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, sauna use or prolonged exposure to water.
Limiting frequent contact with perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture will help preserve the finish and brilliance for longer.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

What is a GRA certificate?
A GRA report is commonly supplied with certain moissanite stones and provides information about the stone and its stated characteristics.
Where a GRA report is included with an Alessa piece, this will be indicated where applicable.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing, preparation or dispatch, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
What does the warranty cover?
Eligible Alessa jewellery includes a Lifetime Moissanite Stone Warranty covering manufacturing-related stone defects and a 1-Year Metal & Craftsmanship Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and gradual wear of plating are not manufacturing defects.
