To reflect the quality of our craftsmanship, we offer a Lifetime Stone Warranty on eligible moissanite stones and a One-Year Metal Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects on items purchased directly from Alessa Jewellery.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

Stone setting issues
Manufacturing-related stone defects
Clasp or closure defects
Structural manufacturing faults
Craftsmanship-related issues under normal daily wear

If an approved manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we will provide an appropriate solution which may include:

Repair
Replacement
Store credit

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal signs of wear over time
Deep scratches, dents, or accidental impact damage
Damage caused by improper care or misuse
Lost or stolen items
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Please note that slight fading of gold or rhodium plating and minor surface wear may naturally occur over time depending on usage, skin chemistry, and exposure. This is considered normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.

Our jewellery is finished with a premium 2-micron layer of gold or rhodium plating, designed for lasting shine, durability, and everyday elegance. With proper care, the plating is designed to maintain its beauty for approximately 3 years or longer depending on wear and care habits.

While our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, proper care will help preserve its brilliance and finish for longer.

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and can handle normal daily exposure. However, to help preserve the brilliance, finish, and longevity of the plating, we recommend minimizing frequent exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and excessive moisture over time.
